Most jobs booked in advance will have a fixed rate but all jobs are quoting on there individual jobs as many jobs vary from one to the next.

The hourly rate is £50 hour, if work runs over the hour your charged for 2 hours and if work is complete under a hour your charged the full hour plus any materials used.

At JB'S Plumbing all the trades are complete by myself apart from gas work.

We accept cash, card and bank transfer. We do not accept cheques.

Theres is no call out charge unless its the weekend or past 8pm mid week which falls under are emergency call out. The call out for emergencys is £80 to attend the 1st hour plus any material cost.
